- Si algo no funciona.
Who provides Heralia
- Deep Flow Studios, S.L., tax ID B23819709, C/ Santa Teresa s/n, 46920 Mislata (Valencia), Spain — team@deepflow.es. Registered in the Commercial Registry of Valencia, sheet V-229485, entry 1.
Heralia is a free browser game. See our privacy policy. Offensive names are not allowed: every new name is first checked by an automatic tool, and one that is not allowed cannot be used (if it was already in the ranking, it shows as «Héroe» and a number). To report a ranking name, email us with the name and the ranking where it appears.
Fair play
Cheating is not allowed in Heralia. Cheating means deliberately exploiting a bug to climb a ranking or get something you should not, using programs that play for you or change, speed up or slow down the game, tampering with what the game sends to the server or attacking the server, using several accounts or other people's accounts for the same, passing gold or cards between your own accounts, or with someone else's account, through the card market or in any other way, and buying or selling gold, cards or game accounts for money or anything else outside the game. If we find cheating, we may remove your scores from a ranking, keep you out of the rankings, suspend your account for a while or, if it is serious or repeated, close it for good. Closing it for cheating means losing access to your progress and to what you bought in it, without refund, to the extent the law allows. If cheating leaves a ranking season worthless, we may cancel it or start it again, announcing it in the game. If we apply a measure, we will tell you why by email if we have it, and you can appeal by writing to team@deepflow.es. A person will review it. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, please report it instead of using it.
The daily challenge
Version 2026-11-03. These are the rules of the daily challenge and its gold prizes.
- What it is. Every day there is a challenge: one Heralia World map, on Extreme, with three times the monsters, elites and bosses. The map changes at 00:00, Madrid time, and does not repeat until all 11 have come up.
- Who can play. Anyone with a Heralia account who has completed the 11 Heralia World maps on Normal. Playing is free, as many times as you like. Upgraded maps do not apply to the challenge.
- How you win. What counts is the in-game time it takes you to kill the three bosses. The day's ranking shows your best time. With the same time, whoever did it first goes ahead. The server checks every run.
- Until when. A run counts for the day it starts on and must end before 00:00, Madrid time. One that ends later does not enter any ranking.
- Prizes. When the day ends, the top three receive gold for their account: 50,000 for first, 35,000 for second and 20,000 for third. Every other account that has cleared the challenge that day receives 10,000. It is given once, in the minutes after 00:00. The game inside CrazyGames has its own challenge ranking, with the same prizes.
- What gold is. It is the game's currency. It has no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game. It is used inside Heralia.
- Cheating. Whoever cheats, including using several accounts or a program that plays for you (see Fair play), gets no prize, and we can take back the gold they received.
- If you delete your account. If you delete it before the prizes are given, you do not get one and it goes to the next player. If you delete it afterwards, the prize is left without an owner and nobody else gets it.
- Seasons. When a new season starts, gold follows the rest of your progress, as its reset says.
- Changes. We can change or end the challenge, announcing it in the game. Prizes for a day that has ended do not change.
- Not a season prize. These gold prizes are not the ones in the season prize rules.
- Upgraded maps. The gold for a map's upgrades is paid when you enter the run and lasts for that run. If the run never opens, it is refunded. If you leave it halfway, it is not. On an upgraded map, falling sends you back to the start up to 3 times, and the next one loses the run.
Season prizes
Version 2026-10-24, with clarifications of 30-10-2026 and 01-11-2026. These are the rules of the Alpha ranking prizes.
- Organiser. Deep Flow Studios, S.L., with the details at the top of this page.
- When and which rankings. In the Alpha, from 25 October to 7 November 2026. The Full Survivor ranking and the Bahamut ranking (the last boss of the Heralia World) count. Each one gives its three prizes. These are the rankings of the Heralia website: the game inside CrazyGames has its own rankings, separate and without these prizes. The gold of the daily challenge follows its own rules.
- The prizes. The 1st of each ranking gets a shop hero of their choice among those for sale. The 2nd, one of those for sale that costs under 200 €. The 3rd, one of those for sale that costs under 100 €. The shop price with VAT on the day of the choice counts. The hero goes to their account as a bought one. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or anything else. Whoever wins in both rankings gets both prizes.
- Who can win. Anyone with a Heralia account. Taking part is free: you do not need to buy anything. Shop heroes can also be used in the rankings. A person under 18 can win, but needs written permission from a parent or guardian to receive the prize. People who work at Deep Flow Studios cannot win: if one is in the top three, the prize goes to the next one.
- How it is decided. The top three of each ranking when 7 November 2026 ends, at 23:59 Madrid time, win. The server checks the runs. Whoever cheats (see Fair play) loses the prize and it goes to the next one.
- How it is delivered. Within the next 7 days we tell the winners by their account email and in the game. An account without email has to write to team@deepflow.es. The winner has 30 days from the notice to choose the hero. Otherwise the prize goes to the next one. Winners are announced with their ranking name.
- Taxes. The prize is a good, not money. If its value is over 300 €, Spanish law requires a tax prepayment: Deep Flow Studios makes and pays it. The winner has to declare the prize in their income tax return. For that we will ask for their full name and tax ID.
- Your data. To deliver the prize we use your account email and, if needed, your name, tax ID and your parents' permission. Only for that and for the tax authorities. See the privacy policy.
- Changes. These rules do not change once the Alpha has started, except to improve the prizes. If cheating leaves a ranking worthless, we may cancel it, as Fair play says. Questions: write to team@deepflow.es.
Terms of use: we inform you that, while you play Heralia, we keep a record of the errors and slow runs you get and we use your runs from the ranking, without your name, to find bugs, balance the game and improve it. That record does not carry your name, your account or your IP address. What it carries and how long it is kept is in the privacy policy.
Terms of sale
Version 2026-10-27. These are the terms you accept when you tick the boxes before paying. The version you accepted is recorded with your purchase.
- Seller. Deep Flow Studios, S.L., with the details at the top of this page.
- What is sold. Heralia heroes, each with its passive and its two cards, in limited editions, and hero breeding (you pay for the offspring you see before paying). They are digital game content: you play them inside Heralia with your account, they cannot be exchanged for money and they are not sold between players. If you delete your account, you lose them.
- Original editions. The shop heroes are «Originals»: they always carry their passive at its maximum value, even if a balance change moves that maximum. 5,000 have been created. More will only be created if new cards or passives reach the game, at most 100 for each new card or passive, and only when a new season starts. Heroes born from breeding are not Originals and do not count in these figures.
- Every hero is unique. No two heroes in the game are the same: neither in what you see, their element, their passive with its value and their two cards, nor in their lineage. None carries two Legendary cards. Originals are pure blood. Heroes born from breeding carry their lineage, the genes of their parents and grandparents, shown on their card: they don't change how it plays, only the children it can have.
- Who can buy. Only people aged 18 or over, who declare it before paying.
- Price and payment. The price is the one shown, in euros and VAT included. You pay by card on the secure page of the DeepFlow payment desk, which works with Stripe. Neither the game nor our server sees your card details.
- Delivery. The hero goes to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. The offspring of a breeding is born in your account 24 hours after paying.
- Balance changes. Heralia is in development. To balance the game, the passives and cards of the heroes, including the ones you buy or breed, may change their values or what they do, at no cost to you. No card is ever removed from the game: if needed, it is changed into something similar that keeps its name. If a change makes your hero noticeably worse, we will tell you beforehand, in the game and by email if we have it, and you can ask for a refund of what you paid within 30 days of that notice.
- Cheating. If an account is closed for cheating (see Fair play), access to what was bought in it is lost, without refund, to the extent the law allows.
- Withdrawal. Before paying you ask to receive your purchase immediately and accept that, once you receive it, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as the law allows for digital content supplied immediately. That acceptance also appears on the invoice you receive by email.
- Invoice. You receive it by email when you pay, with the applicable VAT.
- If something does not work. If what you bought does not arrive or does not work as described, email us at team@deepflow.es. We will fix it and, if that is not possible, refund you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
- Complaints. Email us. You can also contact the consumer services of your region or ask for consumer arbitration.
- Law. Spanish law applies, without losing the rights given by the law of your country if you live in another country of the European Union.
